The information technology industry has an ever-increasing need for security professionals. The CompTIA A+, Network+, & Security+ Certification program prepares attendees to achieve the three most in-demand certifications required to enter careers related to IT, computer networking, and/or cybersecurity: CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+ Certification, and CompTIA Security+ Certification. The A+ Certification provides a broad grounding in multiple computer concepts including hardware, operating systems, networks and security. In today’s interconnected environments, computer security requires a solid understanding of networking technologies as well as computer operating systems and applications. The Network+ Certification provides a thorough grounding in today’s networking technologies and approaches to securing networks. The Security+ Certification provides in-depth coverage of techniques used to protect against, discover, and recover from security breaches.

Each of the courses in the bootcamp provide extensive lab exercises and allow you to work with real client/server lab environments to gain hands on experience. An instructor is assigned to each student to personally facilitate course progression and to help with any questions about the course content. The training also includes practice certification exams with detailed answers and references. Exam fees for all three relevant CompTIA exams are included in the tuition for students taking the Computer Networking and Security bootcamp, meaning that students will not have to pay for their first attempts at the A+, Networking+, or Security+ exams. Additionally, students who pass sample exams twice with high scores are eligible for a free exam retake as well. See our FAQ for more information on our retake policy.

After completing this program, students will be able to prepare for and pass three CompTIA certification exams: A+, Network+, and Security+. With these credentials, students can then expect to obtain employment in a wide variety of positions including IT administrator, network technician, security analyst, and other related options for fulfilling and lucrative career paths in the ever-growing field of Information Technology.
